Is it just me???

Is it just me or has ordering additional Sky equipment became an impossible task?

I have sky stream, I have a Whole Home subscription. I call sky, the automated line sends me a text with a link for help because it doesn't understand what I'm requesting. The virtual assistant doesn't understand and for the life of me I can't get through to an agent because there closed, or I can't get past automated answers. 

I simply want to buy an additional puck? Can someone please tell me how I can do that directly without telling me to "phone" please?

@Ladyjane84  Have you tried ordering through your account online? https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As mentioned above, login to your Mysky via the MySky app or your Sky account online.

Under Products> Manage Home setup up, you can order additional Sky Pucks at a one off cost of £39.95
