I also have this problem except it's 4 programmes!!! Bloody auto play!!! I've tried all the above steps same as the OP, hard reset, manual reset, cleared iplayer, skipped through the programme and let it play to the end. Nothing works!! Genuinely so annoying seeing as I never watched those series and absolutely have no desire to. Switched off autoplay so it won't do it again but they've been sat there for weeks refusing to disappear rage baiting me 😂😂
