Iplayer program stuck on Continue watching rail!!

I've got a program from BBC iPlayer stuck on my continue watching rail and it's driving me mad! 

I know all the usual ways to clear programs as I do it regularly, tried everything including deleting my whole watch history on iPlayer, I've even logged out of iPlayer and it's still stuck there. Done a hard reset also with no joy, all other programmes from iPlayer disappear doing the usual steps.

I have 2 pucks and it's the same on both of them? Any ideas? My last resort is a factory reset but as it's stuck on both pucks I can't see that doing anything either.

not a major issue I know but it's really beginning to annoy me.

Is it stuck on Continue Watching on iPlayer?

Have you watched the programme to end in iPlayer?

I've cleared my continue watching in iPlayer and it's gone from there. Also yes I've played it to the end about 30 times now with no luck moving it, 

The little blue rail to show how far into the program you are is also stuck about 3/4 of the way on the thumbnail.

i literally can't think of anything else I can do!

Have you tried a Settings Restart on the Puck and Apps refresh on the Puck?

Yes, done reset in settings, hard reset with button on the bottom of the puck, also done app refresh. Done the same on both pucks.

No, it moves back down the rail as other programs are watched if that's what you mean?

Ignore it ... it will disappear to the end of list and disppear with time😔

Have you removed the programme from the continue watching section on the BBC iPlayer website? 

If you click on 'Manage full list' you can then remove programmes from the list. Then try logging out of iPlayer on the Stream puck and logging back in again. Also try refreshing the apps.

I try and only have a couple of things on the rail, bugs the OCD if there's too much, that's why I notice it 😂

Leave at the end of list .... keep bring it back to start of the rail ... and it may never disappear😉
