I am new to sky and I have the sky TV stream Puck.
All was fine until Saturday afternoon.
Issue 1
Now most of the icons are not loading and are blank and you cannot select any of the blank icons, This includes if you try to select the setting option.
Issue 2
The guide image preview that should appear in the top right on the screen when you select either the channel or the program no longer is displaying.
Issue 3 (Issue sicnce the original set up)
:WOW: this box is very slow on a restart, the box on average takes nearly 5 minutes to fully restart.
Issue 4 (Issue sicnce the original set up)
When brining the puck out of standby I get a blue screen with the sky logo in the top left screen, the clock in the top right and with the "please wait" at the bottom of the screen. This has again has taken between 10-15 minutes to disappear and load the home page.
This is not a good start for a new Sky TV customer and need this box as can only watch HD channels due to a sight disability.
