Internet probs

Since moving to sky stream my Internet reception has been rubbish...im having to daily reset the hub,my TV is practically unwatchable because I have no signal, even when I do have signal the TV pauses & freezes on channels that are broadcasting live....

Thus has only started happening since moving onto stream

One possibility is that if you are on Sky broadband and had Sky Q before moving to Sky Stream then you've lost the 'hotspot' function which the Q television boxes were providing.

If that was on a Q box then the box was acting as a WiFi hotspot, so moving from Q to Stream is a significant change in the local wireless environment.

Assuming this is the cause and your local WiFi signal is now weaker than it was, one potential solution would be to source a Sky wireless booster to match your Sky Hub model.
