Sky keeps losing interest connection but speed is good both download and upload

Do you have Networked Standby Mode set to ON, and Overnight Powersaving Mode set to OFF in the stream puck's settings?

What's losing internet connection the Puck or the Router?

Internet is fine just sky the goes off, 4g router, sky puck doesn't go on standby.?
