Netflix always pixelated
Why do I have have to reboot my system every time I want to watch Netflix which is most evenings now

I have had the same problem recently, needing to reset my puck each time I wanted to use Netflix, seems to have been ok today though. Yesterday it was also pixelated all the time whereas when I watched Netflix via my TV app it was fine. My

I started having the same problem today. Netflix all pixelated and everything else is fine.

Hi @Tony113 and @agmbrasil . This is a known issue which is being investigated by Sky. Have a look at this link to a similar thread on the issue. There is also a reply from Sky.

As the picture quality of Netflix is still an issue through Sky pucks, is there any new information as your posted answer was 10 days ago! Surely the tech department at Sky can sort it out...... or can they?

Just to add I have also been experiencing this issue, as well as general lagging and issues with my stream puck (turning itself off randomly, delay in moving through menus). I have also tried the solutions suggested in the thread with no success - at what point does this become a case of reimbursing the cost of Netflix during this recognised issue?

Not at all helpful as this refers to an old post which does not provide any details of a fix, timescales etc. let us know when you have a true update with hopefully a solution

An awful, pixelated and unwatchable Netflix picture on puck streaming here in the West Country too. Seems nationwide and very odd that Netflix is the only channel affected by it. A real nuisance.

I'm a regular user of Netflix daily and am not seeing any issue on my Sky Stream.
Still, seems some of you are.
Ive asked in our Superuser closed community area for any further update on the last update from Sky presented in the answered post in here.

Tested my Netflix out last night and mine isn't picking up Dolby Vision anymore. It's either loading in SDR or standard HDR.
