ITVX app

ITVX app will not start up, just get ITVX logo page

Tried all the usual stuff, it was something in the puck that wasn't allowing the app to boot up. We have a second puck in the bedroom and that works fine, so gave the puck a factory reset and it's working OK just got to login to all the apps again.

@Mountbarrow1 Firstly try a reboot.  Switch off your Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.

 

If that doesn't work refresh the Apps by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates.  They can take a few hours to refresh but it is done in the background so you can still use  your Stream puck.
