ITV in Ireland?

I recently purchased sky streaming - essential package and was told we'd have access to ITV channels but we don't.  I called today and was told if i upgrade to ultimate , then we'd have it, but i don't see it on the channels listing. I'm in Rep of Ireland and we can't manually tune in any stations on the sky streaming we have installed.  Is ITV 1+4 available on sky streaming packages in Ireland?

@Wendy116  ITV do not provide an official service to the Republic of Ireland, there you already have commercial channels intended for that part of the world.

 

In addition you can't tune in any channels on a stream puck as unlike a satelliet receiver the delivery system is completely different and you'll get the channels that are authorised to stream within the republic of Ireland.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

In don't see ITV listed.
