Sky Stream and pucks

Is anyone else having issues with the pucks. We have 3 in our house and we have different issues with all of them. One says it can't connect, the other freezes and glitches all the time and the other one gets bad picture and has trouble starting up sometimes. I speed check the internet and we are getting good speeds. One is hardwired in to the router and the other two are on my mesh network which is working fine. My family are getting frustrated with this set up.

Have you checked the actual speed each puck is receiving?

To do this, open the Netflix app on each puck, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check. Do this a few times to see what speed they are averaging.

Each puck needs to have a minimum constant of 25Mbps in order to function with any reliability.

For the puck you have hardwired to your router, make sure you have turned WiFi off on the puck's network settings as it will still try to use it even with an ethernet cable attached.
