I was promised I would receive my sky puck Monday, but it hasn't arrived

Have you checked 'View My Orders' on the MySky app home page?

Yes. It just says activate sky streaming TV.

Have you not received any delivery information from DPD? If not then you'll need to ring Sky to check on when the order was dispatched.

If you have a landline or mobile with Sky then you can call 150 otherwise you'll need to click on the 'still need help' button at the bottom of this page to reveal a number as we can't post them on here:
