I started to subscribe to Sky stream 3 months ago. At least once a day the sound and picture will 'freeze' and a message come up to say the programme is re loading . Very frustrating. What do I need to do to prevent this happening? I already have a signal booster

@Proon  How is the puck connected to your router?  Have you tried using ethernet cable?  What are you normal broadband sopeeds?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Unfortunately Sky Stream is very sensitive to broadband speed fluctuations, more so than most other streaming devices. WiFi signal boosters are not good at maintaining stability.

As @GD1 advises, connecting direct to your router via ethernet cable and turning off WiFi on the puck will give you a better chance of maintaing a stable service, or alternatively you could try using powerline adapters to carry the signal from your router to the puck if it's too far away for a direct connection.
