I notice that I had an email from sky which was headed now
We have just had sky stream with complete sports package but we don't have tnt sports. Also we don't seem to have now tv even though we had a text from sky from now.

TNT Sports is an added subscription - it does not come as part of the Sky Sports subscription. NOW is not part of the Sky Stream service - it is a totally separate, cheaper streaming service received via an app.
