Sky strean puck stopped working have tried all the methods to get it restored according to this comm

Hi  my sky stream puck has suddenly stopped working I have tried all the methods as shown in this community to restore if with No success the light on the puck is flashing orange and Red 

I have another puck in the bedroom and this one works fine 

Any solutions please

If you've done the troubleshooting (including a reboot - off at the wall for a minute then power back on) then you'll need to ring Sky to arrange for a replacement puck. They may talk you through a factory reset first.
