I need a technician to setup my new stream equipment

I need to book an engineer to setup my new stream equipment

@Libra  There is no engineer support for stream it's a customer plug and play setup 

 

connect to the tv switch on and follow on screen instructions

@Libra In additioo to @SKY1992bf post did you order broadband at the same time?

 

If so this is a install date of minimum 10 workimng days from placing the order, it is not delivered/installed at the same time you get your stream puck.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
