You could try a couple of a things.
1. Have you rebooted the stream puck? (unplug it for a couple of minutes).
2. Have you tried swapping out the HDMI cable to see if that is the cause?
3. Have you tried plugging the HDMI cable into a different HDMI port on your TV?
