I recently came to you and the system won’t work keeps saying software issue and also internet goes
I recently came to you and we tried to set the tele system up just keeps saying software error. Won't let us set it up we are left with no tele at all and also the internet has issues goes on off and isn't quick

If the internet connection to the property has an issue with either reliability or speed then by definition it's extremely unlikely that Stream is going to operate correctly.

Hi @Leanne110
You aren't talking to Sky. This is a customer helps customer forum. We have no record of what you have discussed with Sky. You will need to contact Sky again if your issue hasn't been resolved or provide some more in depth info as to what the issue is and what you have tried already and the community will try to assist.
As @TimmyBGood has already said you need strong and stable internet for Glass or Stream to work.

Whenever you have broadband issues you need to report it to your ISP. If you have Sky broadband, you would therefore need to phone Sky and report the issue. They will be able to run some tests on the line, and if there is an issue they would then report it to Openreach to fix.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
As indicated by @TimmyBGood if you are having broadband issues there is no way the Sky Streaming platform will work.
