@THOMASMALLON yes contact Sky for another one  and you will also need the whole home subscription

@THOMASMALLON Sometimes they have been known to waive the £39 fee for the first additional puck you order when you take out Whole Home.

£13 increasing to £15 April is the monthly whole home fee
