Sky stream puck

Put my tv and sky on and tv went on but not sky.

I've tried for hours now trying to reconnect and all that but still nothing 

4 green lights on box no so know issues there and sky were no help 

checked remote that's fine

Are you talking about Sky Stream, there isn't any green lights at at all only white, could you be referring to their router?
