I have moved your post to the Sky Stream forum on here as you had posted it in the Sky Go one.

Are you getting pixelation on any other apps, or is it just the Disney app?

Just to be sure, what kind of local network speed you are gett8ng to your puck.

Can you do a network speed test on your Puck.
Launch Netflix on your puck (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is your speed?

Also, try a restart if the Sky Stream puck and see if it makes a difference.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Is this still being resolved? Thanks

Not yet, did another update, think it might have worked. Need to find time to watch the film I was watching. Hopefully it will be okay. Thanks
