I can’t get my steam to work

@Alex138 For the forum to help yopu're going to need to provide a lot more detail as we can't diagnose the issue based on the limited info provided
What exactly is happeing? Have you setup the puck? Any error messages?

I've set it up but it keeps getting stuck on the updating software screen. I've tried resetting everything but it doesn't help

@Alex138 Try unplugging it and leaving it for 10 minutes.

Try plugging an ethernet cable into it and it give another unplug for a few minutes and see if that helps it perform the software update. If you are connected via Wifi its possible its not getting a strong enough network connection to perform the software update.
Also which ISP are you with?
