As above. The puck doesn't alway load when turned on then the remote randomly stops working. I unplug the puck and restart again then the remote works - it's just so glitchy ? Is this normal. ??

Make sure in the settings you have Network Standby Mode set to ON and overnight power saving mode OFF.
