I am a new customer and have whole home but haven't received my puck yet ?

As odd is it sounds, taking out whole home doesn't automatically mean you receive a puck. Whole home is the subscription, did you order and pay the fee for the puck?

 

You can add a puck by going into the my sky app > TV and scrolling down to and there is even more. It's £39.95 for a puck.

 

If you did order one, it should appear in your orders. In which case you will need to call sky to chase.
