What exactly do you mean by doesn't work? 

Sky Stream, Sky Glass Air and Sky Broadband customer

Hi @PeterJohnH Just to confirm although it is free with Sky you still have to register with Discovery +.   Also, if you moved to the streaming platform from another Sky product (Sky Q or Sky HD) then your marketplace subscriptions are cancelled and you have to re-register.

 

You can register as follows: go to the bottom of the home page and select the following in this order: MySky / your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions.  Then select App subscriptions / Current / and then Discovery + Monthly.  Hopefully it will say £0 per month whilst you have a Sky TV subscription.  If so select Activate subscription.

If you  are watching  on sky  glass  or a puck then to activate  it you need to sitting  on the home page go to my products open that go to apps and if next to discovery plus  it says active  click on that and it we work then
