How on earth do I cancel my account

I am trying to cancel my account (sky stream) and it's impossible. Massive wait on phone and no way to cancel online. 

any ideas?

Most of the sky.com online stuff doesn't work. Missing pages. Loops. I finally cancelled by getting through to customer services in the daytime.
