How do you activate sky

I can't get sky it keeps saying go to sky/activate and that page won't come up

@James484u  You've posted this in the Sky Q forum, however Sky Q doesn't get activated online.  Do you have Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi yes it's sky stream I havnt a clue what that's called I'm not tech savvy I'm geting old. Sorry

Go to the My Sky app or your MySky account online at  https://www.sky.com/mysky

 

Once logged in go to the Product settings area or https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate where you can enter your activation code.

I've tried going on the product services and it says page is restricted this is a nightmare

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
