How do I remove sky whole home from my sky stream

Hi there,

I have recently recieved Sky Stream with whole home and an extra puck. I have changed my mind and dont need the whole home with extra puck. How do I remove them,

@djderby555  You'll need to call Sky in any case to arrange return of the additional puck and to cancel the Whole Home sub.

It can be done within the MySky app, under Your Products.

You would though have to send your second Sky puck back.

The Mysky app will show you which of your pucks are primary and secondary.

Run the check my services, selecting the Streaming Tv option and it will show the serial number of each puck.

That serial number is shown in your puck settings menu.

You would send the secondary one back.
