Before I subscribed to Sky I previously subscribed to Netflix but cancelled that subscription six months previously. Now when I try to access Netflix as part of my Sky package I get a message telling me my Netflix subscription is cancelled and I have to rejoin and start paying again. What should I do? I don't want to have to pay twice. Thanks.
