Well you would needed to have added three to your order along with the Whole Home subscription. The first puck is normally free but then there's a £39.95 "activation fee" for each additional puck. The pucks are loaned to you for the duration of your contract.

In that case I'd imagine you'll receive 1.

Did you add the Whole Home subscription, which would be needed to have more than 1 Puck.

You could possibly phone Sky to add the additional Pucks. You might be able to cancel the order and re-do it or you could wait until you've set the one up and then order the extra one's.

If you have ordered only one. And that is currently set for delivery.
Once that is delivered and activated, you can then go into your MySky account and order a further two at £39.95.

You will also need to add the Whole Home pack.

Re: Pucks

When I switched from Sky Q to Stream I had Q with two Miniboxes with Multiroom. The Multiroom was automatically converted to Whole Home when I placed the order. I was allocated one extra puck at no cost.
I have to admit I wasn't two impressed that two miniboxes were replaced with only one puck considering I'd paid £49.50 for the second minibox and I had to return it.
There was a poster recently who was replacing four miniboxes and had to pay almost £120 to do so.

It does feel as though the "right" thing for Sky to do would be to replace loaned mini boxes with loaned Pucks without charge. But, I guess it's a revenue stream that Sky aren't willing to give up.
