House of the dragon on demand won’t play

I am trying to watch season 2 episode 4 of House do the Dragon ( I have seen it once - forcing my husband to watch it) and it won't play - attempts to for a second then flicks straight back to screen. Sky stream. In HD as can't watch other ones like UHD etc. tried with episode 5 and 6 and they don't play either. Any ideas 🙏🏼

Just tried the hd version of each of those episodes and all play fine.

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates

Select Restart device

Your Sky Stream  puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Thanks for your reply, I should have said I've rebooted 3 times and not made any difference. Very strange.

Hey did you figure it out? Trying to watch episode 6 and doing the same and rebooted everything

Nope. Literally moved house over last 2 days, so been unplugged for 2 days, new internet (fibre) and still doesn't work! No idea. Very annoying - not tried to watch finale yet but hoping that works!
