Sometimes when I switched on puck the home page doesn't seem to work it freezes and you can't move up or down on screen with remote untill it releases itself Try a reboot might help

Also try a power off for a couple of minutes, then power back on.
How is the puck connecting to your hub?

Settings --> Startup and standby --> Networked standby mode = On

@GD1 yes it's definitely on network standby mode on
