Home page on sky stream gets stuck or freezes

Sometimes when I switched on puck the home page doesn't seem to work it freezes and you can't move up or down on screen with remote untill it releases itself Try a reboot might help

@Jonathanphillip  Have you tried a restart of the puck.

 

Also try a power off for a couple of minutes, then power back on.

 

How is the puck connecting to your hub?

@Jonathanphillip  Should be ok with ethernet, given the home is loading it's not a Networked standby issue, however I wold check it is flagged as on:

 

Settings --> Startup and standby --> Networked standby mode = On
