I've had broadband and puck installed yesterday and whenever I'm choosing a channel or app there is a continuous high pitched beep it's getting annoying already to the point I'm considering cancelling the contract after less than 48 hours.
How can I stop the sound or will it need an engineer

I had the same thing on my tv whenever Dolby sound was enabled. The tv would make a high pitched noise when I was on the sky puck. Once I changed the sound type to PCM stereo it went away. Might be a different issue for you though. If that don't work.

@Bash86 I am not familiar with this issue, but maybe the first thing to try is a 'Restart'.
You may have tried this already but if not select the 'Playlist' and scroll down to the bottom and select 'Settings.' Then select 'Start up and System management', then 'Reset & devices' and finally 'Restart device'. Then just wait until you are automaticity returned to the home page and hopefully that may sort it. If not report back on hear and others may have another idea. All the best.

With nothing playing (but the beep!)Go to Settings, picture and sound and change the digital audio output until beep goes away.

The beep is coming from my TV but only when using the hdmi that the puck is using

Hi,
I am new to sky tv and have just received my sky tv streaming box today. I have set it up correctly but there is a constant high pitched sound coming through the tv speaker when using. I have reset the box and tried unplugging it and restarting but it is still making the noise. Can anybody help please?
