No. I'm afraid Sky Stream is self setup, there are no engineers to set it up or operate it for you. 
You basically connect it to your TV, turn it on & follow the on-screen instructions.

Have you connected it to your TV via the HDMI cable? You may also need to change the input source on your TV to HDMI if you aren't seeing anything on the screen.

 

When you turn the stream puck on at the plug and press the standby button on the underneath of the stream puck does a white light appear on the puck?
