Help with netflix

Does anyone know who to speak to about linking Netflix to my account. Have sky steam for ages and Netflix was included but changed router and now I have been paying Netflix separate for last 5 month phonesd sky phoned Netflix and getting no where. Help please 😀

Hi @jonnybone 

 

When you log on to netflix through sky this sends a signal to netflix that sky are taking over the billing. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-activate-netflix

 

Changing your router would not change this. If you have an incorrect account linked netflix should be able to deal with this in the first instance but sky can also unlink. See "How to unlink netflix account": https://www.sky.com/help/articles/confirm-netflix-household

 

Did anything else change around the time Netflix resumed billing? I.e. did you switch TV packs or Q to stream?

I did sign up to new package but still had Netflix included
