Black screen
My sky puck is not showing any pictures on the TV programs/apps and sometimes there is only audio. I think we need a replacement as this device is not working.

Hi - have you tried calling sky to troubleshoot and arrange a replacement puck ?
Gen 1 and Gen 2 Sky Glass & 3 Stream Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Three sky mobile sims.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.

Re: Sky Stream Puck Black Screen Momentarily No Loss of Sound
2 of my pucks keep losing the signal and just flash intermittently and it seems to be getting worse, i've tried changing the cables and rebooting the system a couple of times but it hasn't helped, do you think i need some sort of booster for the signal.
