Help needed with stream puck

Was watching TV this afternoon and it just turned off, since this I have not been able to get it to start. Tried the hard reset and it's still not turning on. Any advice? Seems the app is down due to maintenance.

Not sure exactly what you mean by you tried a hard reset.

 

If your puck is not turning on, you need to do the following as described in this Sky help article, namely step 4 recovery procedure.
