Re: Hayu application not working
@Cherryone that is a generic streaming error message. As a first step go into the pucks settings and navigate to the last tab and choose the reset option and click on reset apps which appears to do nothing but in fact clears the date stored for the app on your puck. Once you done that navigate back to home and restsrt the puck by unplugging the mains gor a few seconds. Then retry the app if you get the same fault you will need help I suspect Sky will give you similar advice as I have so you can try Hayu help here https://support.hayu.com/hayuArticle?id=kA0240000005kAECAY&c=General&lang=en-GB

Re: Hayu application not working
Do an apps refresh in the Puck settings;
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
- Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.
You can still keep using your Sky Stream puck during the app refresh timeframe.
No need to do multiple apps refresh.
Would suggest also doing a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Then, do a broadband router/hub power reset, leaving the broadband router/hub off power for at least half hour, before powering back on.
Do this with your Sky Stream puck in standby.
