Sky steam picture is poor and I have tired everything to fix

I have done all the am steps but I got upgrade from copper super fast broadband to fiber 500 broadband and now I can't even see the screen it goes on and off black and then it phases in and out with the screen showing the Pixars

@Jane19822 go into the settings on the Stream puck and open the Network page and it will tell you thecquality of yhe WiFi connection. If your router has been moved with yhe switch to fibre it can change the WiFi signal level reaching the puck. Having faster full fibre to the router does not necessarily improve WiFi speeds in your home indeed can make then worse.

If that is the issue you need a booster or extender if a direct ethernet cable is impractical. If really stuck consider buying a powerline networking kit wharectge adspters carry the data from the router to the puck over your home's mains wiring.
