Hello everyone
I’m very new to Sky and so far, have been enjoying to vast number of programs to watch.
However, when watching sky witness on a couple of programs I keep getting a message that I need to press the red button to upgrade and will be charged to continue watching.
Is this correct?
Am I missing something obvious to everyone else?
If anyone can help, I would be very grateful.
Yours
Goldfish

Do you have the Sky Essential TV pack with your Sky Stream?
If so, Sky Witness is not part of that pack, you would need to upgrade to the Sky Ultimate TV Pack to get that channel amongst some others that are not on The Sky Essential TV pack.
You can see the differences between the above two packs here;

Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

Re: Having to pay for upgrades?
Thank you. I'll look into this. Just all a bit confusing as I'm new to Sky.
