Apps keep freezing or bouncing me out. Even Sky TV won't load sometimes.

Re: Having problems with apps...itv, my5 etc.
Is the stream puck connected to the internet via WiFi as freezing is usually a sign of an inconsistent WiFi signal being received by the stream puck?
How far away is the puck from the hub? Are both out in the open and not obstructed by other things?
Have you tried running a speed test from the puck bu opening Netflix, going to Get help and then Chrck your network to run a network diagnostic?

@LynnBev1If the Stream Puck is near the router forget WiFi and connect it with an ethernet cable and retest.
