Have to restart eveytime I switch channels
At our wits end now. Everytime we switch channels or switch from Netflix, we have to restart puck. Tried full reset on puck and still happening. Had anyone else had this problem.

Hi @Leigh2909
What speed is your puck getting? You can check this in netflix (open the menu and scoll down to get help? And then select connection check).
Glass and Stream need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. They symptoms you have described usually relate to poor broadband speed or poor connectivity between the puck and router.
