Have sent Sky Stream puck back but they intend to bill me

I cancelled my sky stream and upgraded/downgraded to Sky Q and sent the box back I have a tracking receipt but there is nowhere I can send it to Sky as proff. hence they intend to bill me €44 euros for something they have already got back. Can anybody help please. Quite clever no email address.

Call sky and speak to an advisor and give them  your  prof of postage  information and they  can check  if the equipment  has been received
