Sky box saying updating software

My sky box wasn't connecting to my WiFi box so reset it and now my sky stream is saying updating software and won't move what I I do please

@_Waynebev25  Unplug your stream box for a couple of minutes and going through the setup steps again.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
