Hi
I am looking at taking out a contract for Sky Stream and am also going to be purchasing a high end 4k TV. I am keen to view as much sport I watch in 4k where that is a possibility and wonder if somebody could help me please with what options I need to sign up for to achieve this. I am switching from Virgin and have not previously had a sports package with them at all. The TV I am giving up is an old Panasonic plasma so it's all change.
Will a SKY Stream package including TNT and SKY Sports channels AND the UHD & Dolby Atmos add on at £6/month get me what I am after? I have just come across a Now TV reference to both a £6 add on option or a £9 add on for a higher quality picture which is making me wonder if SKY has similar options. Picture quality is my priority.
I understand that some but not all broadcasts by SKY Sports channels and TNT channels are in 4k (UHD). I "think" that's right.
Grateful for any help anyone can offer before I sign the dotted line.

@Simon92 Yeah you'd need the UHD & Atmos addon which is currently listed as £6 but new customers may get a good offer to get the UHD channels. That's a 31 day contract so if the UHD aspect isn't valuable to you, you can always cancel it.
Sky Sports has a number of UHD channels and I think TNT just has the one, and the other channels are HD.
UHD uses more bandwidth, so make sure your internet can cope with it. You'll want at least 30Mbps going to your Sky puck, preferably a bunch more for a solid and stable picture.

Re: HOW TO GET SPORTS IN 4K
@yardygunner If you want the correct package give Sky a call and ask them for the best deal.
You need the UHD addon & Sports pack in addition to the base pack.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
