HBO max has stopped working

I was sent the log in and watched a few items . Logged in today and told to get access need to go to MySky.  My sky tells me I have it

 

so now stuck. 

hiw do I regain access!

Hi @Timbo10 

 

Just to clarify are you signed in to the HBO app? If you go Profile > subscription is it showing there? Or are you seeing the Sky OS sign up screen rather than the HBO app?
