Adding program to play list not working
New to Sky Stream. Trying to add programmes I want to watch to playlist
One programme doesn't get added. If I select it from TV Guide, it says it has been added to playlist but, when I go to watch it later, it is not there. Program is ITV Meridian News at 18:00 weekdays. There are also shorter programs at lunchtime and after late evening news. When I look in playlist, the program is there under "on this week", if I look before 18:00, but if I look after 18:30, it shows the next broadcast as the late evening one. Any ideas?
Also, I noticed some programs just say they have been added to playlist, whilst others add "...and has been set to record series". Why the difference?

Re: Adding program to play list not working
ITV do not offer any type of on demand for their local news programmes.
So it will not be offered on Sky Stream/Glass or even within their own ITVx app.
Yes, you can add it, but it does not link to anything.
I wish they did as I also would also like it to be available.
If t helps, this is what I do.
I set a reminder, from the TV programme. and if I'm at home I then never miss it on my Sky Stream and Sky Glass and use Watch from start within the hour from 6pm to be able to watch it.
But, of course, if you are not home, that is of no use.
What I do also is se usb stick within my Smart TV and record it on my old connected Sky Q cables and satellite dish that connects to the my Smart TV satellite via the TV Sat thner( do no longer obviously now on Sky Stream have no actual Sky Q box, but still as Insaid have the dish and old Sky Q working cables).
You could also do the same with a usb stick and a freeview Smart Tv guide.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +
My good journey to Sky Stream from Sky Q. Click here to read
