HBO app crashes at launch

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with the HBO Max app on my Sky Stream Puck. It won’t load at all. It just hangs or fails to open.

I’ve already tried a full power cycle of the puck, restarted the Sky router, checked for software updates, and refreshed the apps, but nothing has fixed it. All my other apps are working fine.

Has anyone else had this issue recently on Sky Stream, and is there anything else I can try?

My HBO app, on Sky Stream, crashes on a regular basis, no problems with any other app, really frustrating

I am also have this problem. It loads for a few minutes then crashes with a "waiting for programme to load" message . Also done a full reset, updated software etc
