Re: HBO Max is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
I've got a TNT Sports subscription through Sky. I had to activate the HBO subscription through the MySky app before I could
login to the app but when I go to the TNT section, everything just has Get Access and tells me I don't have it covered in my plan
I've checked the subscriptions on the MySky app again and its still showing TNT there. I can't find any info on how to get it to work through HBO now. Any ideas?

But as a Sky subscriber you are getting access to that content ( and more) by HBO Max being bundled in with your subscription.
90% of that content was available last week at a much better streaming quality and with no ads. So there's definitely a downgrade of services whether in skys control or not.

Re: TNTSports via EE...log in issue
I note that under subscriptions on the HBO Max app on Stream, it shows both my subs now. HBO Max Basic through Sky and TNT Sports through BT/EE. So HBO did foresee this dual provider issue after all.

Open up the HBO Max app on your Sky box. Go to Settings, then Subscriptions and see what if it t shows both HBO Max Basic and TNT.

It just shows the Basic with Ads plan in the HBO Max app. Any idea why it hasn't transferred or how I can get that sorted?

It could just be a time delay or needs a refresh. My app showed no subs for an hour then it after several logins and log outs it suddenly kicked into life. You could try signing out of the app and then logging in again.

I've sorted the HBO app but I can't find anything that it will let me watch - everything says Get Access and nothing I do changes that. Even the programme they pitched as something we could watch with the free HBO, ie the Pitt, won't let me watch it. Is there anything I can watch for free ?

Yeah I thought there might be a delay but it's been around an hour now. Just tried logging out and back in but still no luck. Maybe I'll leave it and check again in the morning

Yep but you should have access to the Harry Potter movies but not the very latest ones like Superman and Sinners. A lot of the sport is only available through TNT which is a separate subscription.

Re: HBO Max is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Hi all.
can I please ask how another person in my household logs in to the HBO app in an iPad. I have activated it through MySky and it's working in my Sky Q. I didn't enter a password at all.
When my wife tries to login to the app on her iPad she uses my email address and asks for a one time code and when we enter that it fails and says it doesn't look right.
I've not entered any password to activate HBO. The only password I've entered into it was my Discovery Plus password as I had TNT Sport through EE.
HBO Max on the my iPad app and on Sky Q shows me having two subscriptions.

Re: HBO Max is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Last year when I left SKY I just created a new Discovery plus account so that I could subscribe directly using a different email address.

@rjc1692 wrote:I have a Sky HD+ box and have had the email saying that HBO Max is included in my subscription. The FAQs suggest integration should be seamless and programmes now on HBO Max should show up in On Demand: "If you have Sky+, you can watch HBO shows on demand on your Sky box. You don’t need to sign in or set anything up."
They are all missing and none of the show up in searches. Am I missing something or is it broken already on Day 1?
They don't show up on Search but you should be able to find them in both the Catch Up Tile and Sky Box Sets Tile on your Sky+HD Box.
