As there isnt anywhere to submit feedback I thought I'd post this in the hope that it might get sorted.
If I say to the remote "Classic FM" it will open the Global Player application, but do nothing else. If I say "Radio" and then select the Classic FM tile from on the screen it opens the Global Player app and starts playing the Classic FM stream. It therefore appears that the software is capable of performing the same actions when saying "Classic FM" with a small tweak.
